How It All Began
October 2023
How We Met
We met the old fashion way... Hinge. Although our first date over chicken and waffles was only a couple of hours, by the end of it, I had a feeling I just met the person I'd spend the rest of my life with.
December 2023
Making It Official
Not long after, I made things official at the Topanga Canyon Overlook. Standing above the Valley, we took in the view and decided to take the next step together. It was the perfect backdrop for the beginning of our relationship.
December 2024
Moved In Together
After a year of navigating Los Angeles traffic and making long drives to see each other, we decided it was time to simplify things. We found a place together in Sawtelle and started building a home with our dogs.
September 2025
Moved to Chicago
After Olivia's first visit to Chicago, she completely fell in love with the city. Before long, we made the biggest decision of our lives and traded the place we'd called home for years for a new chapter in the Windy City.
June 2026
Proposal
After moving across the country, it seemed like every new person we met in Chicago had the same question: "Are you two engaged yet?" The more we heard it, the more I realized they might be onto something. Soon after, I asked Olivia to spend the rest of her life with me. And thankfully, she said yes.
